Solid experience, minor hiccup
I recently bought the 12V 200Ah battery for my solar setup. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; pretty clean layout. Delivery was quicker than I expected, got it in about 6 days which was nice for such a heavy item. The battery itself seems really well-built and has held charge as expected. I did have a small question about the BMS settings, so I reached out to support. They responded within 24 hours, which was decent, but the answer felt a bit generic. Still, the product is good, and it's performing perfectly with my inverter.
Decent battery, okay service
I bought a 24V 100Ah battery for my off-grid cabin. The price was competitive, and the battery arrived in decent packaging. It seems to be performing as advertised, powering my lights and small appliances without issue. My only minor complaint was that the tracking information for the delivery wasn't updated very often, so I wasn't always sure where it was. It eventually showed up, taking about 7 days. Customer service was fine when I asked a question pre-purchase, but a bit slow after the order. Overall, it's a solid product for the money, but tracking could be better.
Always reliable for my boat
I've been getting my marine batteries from LiTime for a while now. This latest purchase was another 12V 300Ah battery for my boat. Like before, the quality is consistent. I've had several of their batteries over the past few years, and they've always held up well, even with constant use on the water. Shipping was quick again, usually takes about a week to get to Florida. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and I haven't had any issues with their products. Good value for what you get compared to some other brands I've tried.
